                                                                    I’m a retired U.S. Army Officer with 24 years of service, a proud husband of                                                                        29 years, and father to three incredible children. Throughout my military                                                                              career, it was always the people, not just the mission, that brought me the                                                                              greatest fulfillment. That passion continues to fuel my work today.

                                                                    My leadership journey has taken me from small unit teams of 10 to strategic-                                                                      level organizations supporting over 19,000 personnel. I’ve earned a                                                                                      Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and a Master's                                                                          degree from Webster University, both of which equipped me with the skills to lead through complexity with integrity, adaptability, and a consistently positive mindset.
